I have this weigh loss appp on my Ipod, and by plunging in my daily exercise wich is generally 120 minutes of dancing + 40 minute walk + calisthenics + a 30 minute run, and breakfast or dialy intake of about 100 Kcal, I will weigh 53,9 Kg in 5 weeks. Still doing goodI’ve eaten 300 Kcal today, feels pretty good.
