I just want to be loved.

I have this weigh loss appp on my Ipod, and by plunging in my daily exercise wich is generally 120 minutes of dancing + 40 minute walk + calisthenics + a 30 minute run, and breakfast or dialy intake of about 100 Kcal, I will weigh 53,9 Kg in 5 weeks.

That’s a beautiful number. If I can reach it is another question.

But it’s not a question, it’s now a goal. 100 kcal - 54 kg by the 22th of may.

Still doing good

I’ve eaten 300 Kcal today, feels pretty good.
Two hour dance practice and a 5km walk burned about 1000 Kcal.

Step 2 - how tall are you, do you like your height ?

I’m 163 cm, and from my point of view I like being short.
I find short people adorable,
so one thing I’m pleased with myself with, is my height ( or rather the lack of it )

I’m back on track baby

Today I consumed 225 Kcal
and had an 3 hour dancepractice where I burned approx 600 Kcal.

I will do 200 situps and 50 push-ups before going to bed aswell.

Just make this a habit, and I’ll go far !
